Common questions

Do you treat lawns up to 4 acres?

Yes—for maintained residential turf up to about 4 acres. That is larger than many local spray routes are set up to handle. Total deed acreage is not the same as treatable lawn: woods, pasture, ponds, and rough ground usually sit outside the request.

Tell us roughly how much lawn you mow and want treated, plus access notes (gates, soft ground, parked vehicles). We confirm fit from the address and the maintained area—not from acreage alone.

What kinds of lawn concerns can I ask about?

We can talk through weeds, thin or pale turf, fertilization, compacted soil, aeration, overseeding, and seasonal lawn stress. You do not need to diagnose the problem before contacting us.

Tell us what changed, which part of the yard is affected, and when you noticed it. A simple description such as ‘weeds along the driveway’ or ‘thin grass under the trees’ gives us a useful place to start.

Do I need to know my grass type?

No. If you know whether the lawn is Bermuda, fescue, or mixed, include it, because those grasses grow and recover on different seasonal schedules. If you are unsure, describe what you see and we can start there.

Photos of the whole area and a close view can also help. We will not expect you to identify a grass, weed, insect, or disease from the form before we talk.

Can I ask about more than one part of the yard?

Yes. Mention how the front, back, sunny, or shaded areas differ so we can discuss the whole property clearly. One area may be dealing with curb heat and weeds while another has shade, traffic, or watering problems.

Name the area that concerns you most, then add the other lawn question. We can talk through the priorities together instead of treating every part of the property as the same condition.

What happens after I send the form?

We’ll review the property details and lawn concern, then we’ll follow up soon. The conversation can cover what you are seeing, the service that may fit, timing, and price.

Sending the form does not promise a diagnosis or schedule an application. It starts a direct conversation so you can ask questions, understand the proposed work, and decide whether you want to move forward.

Does sending the form book service?

No. Nothing is booked when you press submit. We first review the request and follow up to discuss the lawn, property, service options, timing, and price with you.

You stay in control of the decision. Work moves forward only after the details are clear and you agree. If the property or requested service is not a fit, the form does not create an appointment or an obligation.
